The Franklin Armory Antithesis is a new class of firearm, completely unregulated by the National Firearms Act (NFA).

The patent pending Antithesis is intended to fire both, multiple projectile ammunition and traditional single projectile ammunition through a rifled bore in a shoulder fired firearm with a barrel less than 16 inches long!

Antithesis is classified solely as a “firearm” under the GCA, Antithesis requires no NFA registration, no NFA tax, and is not subject to onerous entanglements, such as interstate transport prohibitions. The innovative Antithesis Short-barreled Franklin (SBF) firearm is simply transferable with a Form 4473.

The Antithesis firearm features an innovative design with a rifled barrel capable of firing both multi-projectile and single-projectile cartridges, which does not meet the statutory definition of a rifle or shotgun, positioning it in a unique “not a rifle or shotgun” (NRSTM)category that negates the need of restrictive NFA classifications while delivering the functionality of both a shotgun and a rifle.
